How to Stay Healthy while Working From Home
Working from home can present a unique set of challenges, especially when it comes to your health. The abundance of alluring snacks in the kitchen, the lack of social stimulation and the temptation to work in an comfortably unsound position, like in bed, can all sabotage an otherwise virtuous worker’s best health intentions.
Here are my best tips for staying fit, healthy and on task while working from home:

Meditate and Stretching Exercise
This is one of my favorite things to do when I wake up at 5: 30 in the morning. It's very important to get into the right headspace and with so many negative thoughts, in current events, news articles there, clearing my thoughts and meditating on the priorities has helped me quite a bit.
Most people who sit in front of a computer have poor posture due to overstretched back muscles. Stretching first thing in the morning relieves any tension or pain from sleeping the night before. It also helps waking up my body and improve my mood to prepare myself for the day ahead.
This has helped me to be more motivated, stay well a little bit healthier, and avoid weight gain.

Warm Lemon Water
Drinking warm lemon water helps your body in more than a few ways and it's the perfect way to get your day started.
I keep a huge glass of water on my desk and try to get up and refill it soon after it's empty. Keep yourself hydrated , it's important.

Cut the Junk Food
The resources to get sweets, fat- filled chips or sugary drinks are easily available to you.
Work on self- control and swap out those snacks for wholesome things like mixed fruit and nuts (trail mix) or salad.

SET BOUNDARIES
Set a time to shut off your computer. Yes you are a freelancer, but you are still human. So treat yourself like one.
Make intentional choice when it comes to your work/life balance.

POSTURE
Are you hunched over your computer and completely unaware of the backpain you are giving yourself?
Consider getting a standing desk or finding a way to get your computer screen at eye- level using a keyboard extension and STOP slouching.

SOCIALIZE
Make sure you have a life.
I get your point, yes! You love love love your work but you still need time to relax. Get together with friends, family, once or twice a week.
I hope you guys enjoyed this post.
